Second round of minor updates.
Updates for 4 of the Simple series this time for the Opera side.
Changed the feedback link to include the link for Opera's extension feedback page.
These versions won't be on the Chrome Web Store as the update doesn't change anything for Chrome users.
As for SimpleExtManager (1.4.1.3), I've added some visual to differentiate developer mode (unpacked) extensions.
Their rows are now highlighted in orange and the prefix to their extension type in the tooltip is "development".
