A user reported a problem with the order of a set of pages loaded on browser start.
SimpleTabOrder has been using the tab index in its operations before 0.55. I thought this could be the problem as some operations seem to ask for index before moves occur. So I switched to using tab id for operations.
And that seems to fix the problem.
