Bookmarks by the Side 2.0.3

Added and fixed stuff.

Whats added:
- option to make the padding of the bookmark tree smaller
- auto-sorting of the bookmark tree
- Russian translation by Сергей Искусных

Whats fixed:
- made the scrollbar thicker
- made sure the tooltips display the correct date

    Description text on add-ons page is translated by google translate, it looks horrible

      The add-ons page require the descriptions to be there to let it go online. They have people to manually check the submissions.

      So I did what I can do fast with Google Translate and admit so. What language is bad? Maybe you can help translate?

      Apart from English, I only know Chinese and some Japanese.

      I really need to know that too. Messed up my ENTIRE bookmarks tree, which is rather large.

      An option will be added to disable auto-sort.
      Just submitted the update, waiting for approval.
