SimpleExtManager gains internationalization!
As with SimpleUndoClose, only Chinese and Japanese as those are the only 2 languages I understand to some extent.Besides internationalization theres also UI tweaks and some other fixes, details in the changelog.

Also theres a minor update for SimpleUndoClose, mostly in the looks department, nicer fonts for the Chinese and Japanese translations.
