A quick minor fix release!

Due to changes to try not to location.reload() the popup I found that upon deleting the full list of closed tabs does not show the no tab message. This is a quick fix for that.

Also added a few more code tweaks, like pressing clear now won't close the popup and another one that repopulates the list instead of relying on reloading the whole popup.

This build will come to Opera soon too after its approved.
