Bookmarks by the Side 1.0.1.8

A light update.

The weight of the update goes to the addition of an option to make the options button at the lower right corner smaller. Thats one thing a few users requested.

Also removed some unused code left in the old Neater code.

    Thanks for smaller button option.
    Bug - If middle-click opens bookmark in new background tab is checked, bookmark stays highlighted when opened with middle click.

    How about an option to sort bookmarks by Title with folders first and one to reduce line spacing?
