Bookmarks by the Side 2.1.1

A minor update.

Thanks to user cvvar00 for some corrections in the Russian translation.

Also changed the options page a bit cosmetic wise and made it respond to zoom too.

EDIT: Became 2.1.1.1 after removing a forgotten experimental  file to pass moderation.

    stinker, i looked for 30 min trying to figure out why i couldn't find it, since it was for chrome, because in ...blue as opposed to red ...:)

      This extension is Opera only as Chrome does not have a Sidebar API.
