Fix for a backup file import issue.
Its the asynchronous stuff again, still can't grasp it.
Took some trail and error.
Should be fixed.
I tested with the back from the issue reporter, I get consistent successful complete imports.
Fixed a delete group at Options page issue.
Needing to click the button twice to delete.
Async stuff again.
Threw some 'await' and it seems to be consistently single click to delete.
